GMS Group invests in R & D
GMS Group acquired a 32-nuclear cluster, which increased to 15-20 times the speed of calculations performed by the designers of the Group using the software ANSYS CFX. This allows one to calculate more accurate models of pumps, as well as in greater detail to simulate the processes occurring in the liquid flow in the design flow of the pump.
Modern high-precision calculation methods significantly improve hydraulic performance of pumps, significantly reduce or completely eliminate costly physical experiments and production of a large number of prototypes.
The high qualification and expertise of GMR Group R & D, coupled with advanced computer technologies allow us to create a reliable energy-efficient pumping equipment with high efficiency that meets the requirements of Russian and foreign customers.
Among the recent developments made by the designers of the Group using software ANSYS CFX:
• Modernization of the flow part:
- Pump for fire extinguishing systems 12NDs for delivery at the Vankor oil field;
- Centrifugal submersible pumps for water ЭЦВ (ЭЦВ 8-40, 8-25 ЭЦВ, ЭЦВ 10-65, ETSV10-120, ЭЦВ 10-160, 10-200 ЭЦВ).
• Development of design documentation for the main oil pumps for the ESPO ESPO-1 and-2.
• Create flow parts:
- Pumps for RPM systems such as central nervous 200-2100, 315-1900 the CNS, CNS 200-2200 bunk and running parts are upgrading pumps the CNS 180;
- Feed pump DLT 1150-350 for blocks TPP 250 - 300 MW;
- Feed pump PE 720-185-4 for Horonorskoy TPP;
- Feed pump PA1840-80 for blocks VVER 1200 nuclear power plants;
- Reversible pump for an icebreaker of a new generation.
