GMS Group acquired a 32-core cluster, which increased to 15-20 times the speed of calculations performed by the designers of the Group with the software package ANSYS CFX. This makes it possible to perform calculations more accurate models of pumps, as well as in greater detail to model the processes occurring in the liquid flow in the design flow of the pump.
Modern high-precision calculation methods significantly improve the hydraulic performance of pumps, significantly reduce or completely eliminate the costly physical experiments and production of a large number of prototypes.
High qualification and experience of R & D Group GMR in conjunction with advanced computer technology allows to quickly create a reliable energy-efficient pumps with high efficiency, meeting the requirements of Russian and foreign customers.
Among the latest developments made by designers using the Group software package ANSYS CFX:
• Modernization of the flow part: - Pump for fire extinguishing systems 12NDs for delivery to the Vankor oil field; - Centrifugal submersible pumps for water ECV (ECV 8-40, 8-25 ECV, ECV 10-65, ETSV10-120, 10-160 ECV, ECV 10-200).
• Development of design documentation for the main oil pumps for ESPO ESPO-1 and-2.
• Create a flow parts: - Pumps for pressure maintenance systems such as CNS 200-2100, 315-1900 CNS, central nervous system and bunk 200-2200 flowing parts of the kit upgrade pumps CNS 180; - A nutrient pump CVC 1150-350 for CHP units 250 - 300 MW; - Feed pump for PE 720-185-4 Horonorskoy TPP; - A nutrient pump PA1840-80 for VVER 1200 nuclear power plants; - Reversing the pump for an icebreaker of new generation.
