August 26, 2010 members of the JSC "HMS Group" of JSC "Livgidromash" and JSC "Neftemash were renamed, respectively, of" HMS Pumps "and OJSC" HMS Neftemash. " Changing the names of companies held in the first phase of the restructuring program of "HMS Group", implemented according to approved in 2009 the company development strategy until 2015.
The restructuring involves rebranding of the Group's core, the subsequent consolidation on the basis of their production, distribution and engineering companies in the group to create a specialized business units in areas such as pumps and oil and gas production equipment.
Creation of business units held by the Group of GMS for synergy, resulting in increased manageability of each line of business and reduced operating costs. This opens the Group further integration of production activity, to further improve products and services for optimal and efficient solution of problems of customers.
