State regulation of subsoil use in 2010
June 2 in Moscow, in hotel "Baltschug" will be held All-Russia Congress "State regulation of subsoil use in 2010." The event will be supported by the State Duma, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation, Federal Agency for Subsoil Use, Ministry of Agriculture. Congress was organized by company "ASERGRUPP."
Congress addressed the heads of departments of mining, natural resources and industrial subjects of the Russian Federation, heads of committees for the Environment, Social Policy, administrations of cities and regions, representatives of the Mining industry services, heads of legal, geological and surveying services, the licensing team leaders, department of business development of mining companies, employees of consulting companies providing legal services to businesses of natural resources and energy sector of the country, employees of the executive and legislative bodies of the government and municipalities, as well as representatives of business and science, leading experts of the Russian Federation on mineral resources for the exchange of experiences and feedback.
The Congress program includes presentations and discussions on topical subjects such as government policy in matters of licensing, to improve legislation, to obtain licenses to conduct exploration and mining mineral resources within the field, procedures and duration of licenses, revocation of licenses issues, barriers to licensing fields and ways to overcome them, the judicial and arbitral practice on licensing, the state policy in the field of geology and mineral resources: recent developments and trends, contests and auctions for subsoil use, topical issues of state regulation of oil and gas industry in Russia, subsoil plots of federal significance - a new legal regime and its impact on investment, especially tax resource companies, the typical claims of the state on suspicion of tax evasion and illegal business activities, the legislative framework for land use development and development of mineral deposits, improvement of legal regulation of subsoil use easements for facilities, the practical aspects of allocation of land plots in various stages of development of mineral deposits, regulation of land and property relations related to geological studies, including the search and evaluation, fiscal and legal aspects of the provision of land in various stages of development of mineral deposits, Water / Forest Code and the relevant issues mining, environmental issues in connection with the subsoil.
